4 tonne packs of chipboard

Pixel image 4 tonne packs of chipboard are placed on the input rollers and transferred to a scissor lift and pusher arrangement. The top sheet is pushed into a saw and the pusher returns, the scissor lift indexes up and the process is repeated. As the last sheet is pushed into the saw, sensors linked to a PLC return the scissor lift to ground level to receive the next pack. This again is fully integrated into the production sequence but can be operated manually from a desk.
