Management Development Challenges Our training courses are designed to have a ?real world? focus which aim to develop skill sets that are relevant to management and leadership in today?s workplace. We are fortunate to be located on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park and outdoor challenges can play a central role in our training depending on client needs. Not all programmes are based outdoors. In fact, the famous Llanelli Scarlets rugby team actually completed a one-day goal setting programme entirely indoors; likewise, we are currently delivering a two-day classroom-based creativity workshop to Panasonic. Our management training programmes help develop the whole person. In this context personal self-development can be defined as the identification of abilities that make the manager more self reliant and better equipped when returning to the workplace.
