New Leadership Appointments At Cambrian!

Mike Simpson, previously Managing Director, is now Cambrian Chief Executive Office (CEO), while Adair Simpson, previously Commercial Director, has become the third generation Managing Director (MD). Both will continue to drive innovation and foster growth in the business, while ensuring we keep our valued customers at the centre of everything we do.

We’re also delighted to announce Tim Davies as our new Head of Sales & Marketing. Tim will be overseeing the Account Management, New Business Development and Marketing departments, his main responsibilities being to ensure that the company successfully executes its sales and marketing strategies and hits its targets in line with our 3-5 year business plan.

Says Tim: “My role will focus on strategic plan development and execution, identifying areas for growth to hit our ambitious targets and resource requirements to support the vision.”

Tim brings 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing to the table. He has worked across a range of sectors, including legal, telecoms and medical, and is passionate about customer relations and the customer experience – making him the perfect fit for Cambrian!
