However, launching glass products allows us to complement our existing plastic product ranges, expand our offering and grow our business in new and exciting ways – and we think this is crucial for our customers’ business growth too.

Poorly blown bottle shoulders can affect filling volume too, a bulged finish (so called bottle ‘bellies’) can cause issues with labelling, while varying wall thickness can cause distortion. Not a good look!
Other problems that tend to come with glass products sourced in China and India include inconsistent batch quality, breakages, long lead times, supply chain problems and fluctuating prices.
