Cast Iron Griddle Hot Plate

Our solid cast iron hot griddle is the perfect addition to any stove or BBQ. It can be used to cook on or to keep food or plates hot ready for serving.  A plain side is ideal for patties pancakes and drop scones. A griddle side for those steak and grilled chicken lovers. These pans are great for grilled veg too! This item of solid cast iron has already been pre-treated with vegetable oil and high heat, it is ready to use. You do not have to do anything to "pre season the surface" as you do with some other products. Like Grandma's black iron cookware they continue to get better (and more non-stick) the more they are used.
