The Kadai Beads are specially made from heatproof expanded clay for your Kadai. The benefits of the beads are:- -Raises the charcoal closer to the grills -Insulates your decking or patio from the heat -Protects your Kadai bowl from the ash -Stores the heat for prolonged cooking time -Wood burns better on Kadai beads than directly on a metal surface   To use the Kadai Beads, you simply empty the beads into your Kadai and level off. Next, light your charcoal or wood directly on the beads. After use, remove the ash with a Kadai Shovel and level.   Only available in the 5 litre size. Fire Pit sold separately
