Available in a range of different base diameters {Seasoning Instructions:} Black Iron pans should be seasoned before use. To season wash in warm, soapy water & then quickly dry. Wipe a small amount of cooking oil on the surface & bake until the oil has burnt onto the pan. Black Iron may need periodic re-seasoning.
