Ideal for measuring the temperature quickly & accurately, when monitoring cooked & chilled foods as part of HACCP & health & safety procedures. Features a large, easy to read, LCD display with open circuit & low battery indication. Incorporates a simple to use on/off switch. Measures temperature over a range of -30/+300 ?C & a resolution of 1 ?C. Supplied with a permanently attached food penetration probe with 130mm pointed stainless steel stem & 500mm PVC connecting lead. Traceable certificate of calibration is included.
