ETI Folding Probe Thermometer

The water resistant folding probe thermometer (FPT) is an easy to use instrument that is ideal for monitoring cooking cooling and food holding temperatures as part of HACCP and health and safety procedures. The FPT measures temperature over the range of -49.9 to +149.9°C with a 0.1°C/°F resolution and incorporates two push button switches max/min and on/off. The FPT's battery will last up to 8000 hours continuous use or if used two hours a day seven days a week for a minimum of 10 years. Each unit incorporates a stainless steel food penetration probe(Ø3.5 x 110mm) that conveniently folds back into the side of the instrument when not in use rotating through 180 degrees allowing the user to transport the instrument safely. A protective PVC wallet and a zip pouch both with a belt loop are available. Dimensions: 19 x 52 x 155mm. Accuracy: ±0.5 °C (-49.9 - +149.9 °C).
