Ideal for measuring the temperature quickly & accurately when monitoring cooked & chilled foods as part of HACCP & health & safety procedures. Features a large easy to read LCD display with open circuit & low battery indication. Incorporates a simple to use on/off switch. Measures temperature over a range of -30/+300 °C & a resolution of 1 °C. Supplied with a permanently attached food penetration probe with 130mm pointed stainless steel stem & 500mm PVC connecting lead. Traceable certificate of calibration is included.
