This water resistant max/min thermometer features a Ø3.5 x 120mm pointed stainless steel food penetration probe. The unit measures temperature over the range of -49.9 to 199.9 °C with a resolution of 0.1 °C/°F. The thermometer features three easy to use buttons; max/min °C/°F and on/off. The thermometer is supplied with a probe cover with a pocket clip. Dimensions: Ø41 x 17 x 174mm. Range: -49.9 to +199.9 °C Accuracy: ±1 °C (-20 to +150 °C).
