This Counter top holding oven will hold everything from meat to vegetables, including bread rolls etc. They can be used for slow cooking and for holding pre-cooked products prior to service making them ideal for Fast Food, QSR and Event Caterers. Radiant heating elements are built into the sidewalls - this radiant heating method prevents food from drying out. Will hold 3 x 1/1gn containers at 65mm shelf centres (containers not supplied). Accurate Electronic thermostat controls with temperaure readout - temperature range 60 - 90?C. Fitted with core cooking probe - cooks/reheats food to preset temperature. Completely insulated cavity reduces heat loss - saving on energy. Adjustable steam vent on door allows humidity control. Recesses side handles allows easy moving of appliance.
