This Counter top drawer warmer will hold everything from meat to vegetables, including bread rolls etc. They can be used for slow cooking and for holding pre-cooked products prior to service making them ideal for Fast Food, QSR and Event Caterers. Radiant heating elements are built into the sidewalls - this radiant heating method prevents food from drying out. Each drawer will hold a 1/1gn containers upto 150mm deep (containers not supplied). Accurate Electronic thermostat controls with temperature readout - temperature range 60 - 90?C. Completely insulated cavity reduces heat loss - saving on energy. Adjustable steam vent on door allows humidity control. Recesses side handles allows easy moving of appliance. Stainless steel construction with radiused interior corners for easy cleaning.
