This range has endeavoured to eliminate any maintenance of the machine simplify all the stages of cleaning as far as possible & guarantee the high quality slicing of bread cheese cold meats & vegetables using just a single blade. A special tempered & chromium-plated steel blade with several patented grooves permit efficient & high-quality cutting. A fixed ring around the blade & a carriage release device locks the slice thickness adjustment surface in the ‘0’ position which is the only position in which the table can be removed. Reset switch fitted as standard. A special brush for safe & easy cleaning is supplied. Dimensions & Blade Diameter: XS 220 - W450 x D370 x H355mm (220mm). XS 250 - W510 x D410 x H365mm (250mm).
