This Olis 72/10FTER electric griddle is fitted with a polished steel ribbed cooking plate, which is recessed by 40mm and has a slope of 10mm towards the front to allow the grease to drain away naturally. It has a temperature range of 200 - 400?C allowing food to be "seared" and cooked quickly Medium duty gas griddle - 1.2mm thick top. Polished steel, ribbed cooking plate. Cooking surface is recessed by 40mm and slopes 10mm towards the front to allow grease to naturally drain into the grease collection drawer. Thermostatically controlled with a temperature range 110 - 280?C. Fitted with armoured Incoloy heating elements. Sloping front panel allows operator to see and adjust controls easily.
