This Olis 72/10FTG gas griddle is fitted with a polished steel smooth cooking plate, which is recessed by 40mm and has a slope of 10mm towards the front to allow the grease to drain away naturally. It has a temperature range of 200 - 400?C allowing food to be "seared" and cooked quickly Medium duty gas griddle - 1.2mm thick top. Polished steel, smooth cooking plate. High temperaure range 200 - 400?C allows food to be quickly seared. Fitted with self stabilizing flame gas burner. Sloping front panel allows operator to see and adjust controls easily.
