Olis 72/10GG Radiant Gas Steam Chargrill

This Olis 72/10GG radiant gas steam chargrill, are designed to keep the product moist whilst cooking. The water tray gives humidity whilst cooking and allows the fat to drop into the tray, this prevents "flare up" which may taint the food but also allows for easier cleaning. The grill gives off a moist heat of 380/400?C. Medium duty gas radiant steam chargrill - 1.2mm thick top Cooking temperature 380 - 400?C Supplied with cast iron cooking grates - cast iron maintains heat better than stainless steel rods allowing higher output Manual fill water trays, act as fat collection trays also.
