This Olis 72/10SPE is designed to keep fried foods hot and crispy, fitted with overhead heat lamp and base heating element. Medium duty - 1.2mm thick top. Fitted with overhead infra-red heat lamp and bottom heating element - keeps food hot and crispy. Supplied with removable container with perforated grease tray. Mechanical thermostat - temperature range 30 - 90?C. Sloping front panel allows operator to see and adjust controls easily. All stainless steel construction.
