Olis 74/10FTGR Ribbed Plate Gas Griddle

This Olis 74/10FTGR gas griddle is fitted with a polished steel ribbed cooking plate, which is recessed by 40mm and has a slope of 10mm towards the front to allow the grease to drain away naturally. It has a temperature range of 200 - 400?C allowing food to be "seared" and cooked quickly. Medium duty gas griddle - 1.2mm thick top. 2 Independently controlled cooking zones. Polished steel, ribbed cooking plate. Cooking surface is recessed by 40mm and slopes 10mm towards the front to alow grease to naturally drain into the grease collection drawer. High temperature range 200 - 400?C allows food to be quickly seared. Fitted with self stabilizing flame gas burner. Sloping front panel allows operator to see and adjust controls easily.
