Olis 74/10FTTGC Chrome Smooth Plate Gas Griddle

This Olis 74/10FTTGC gas griddle is fitted with a chrome plated smooth cooking plate, which is recessed by 40mm and has a slope of 10mm towards the front to allow the grease to drain away naturally. It has a temperature range of 200 - 400?C allowing food to be "seared" and cooked quickly. Medium duty gas griddle - 1.2mm thick top. Chrome plated smooth cooking plate. Chrome finish is easy to clean, prevents cross contamination of flavours, radiates less heat and uses less fuel. Cooking surface is recessed by 40mm and slopes 10mm towards the front to allow grease to naturally drain into the grease collection drawer. 2 Independently thermostatically controlled cooking zones 110 - 280?C allows food to be quickly seared. Fitted with piezo ignition and pilot flame. Fitted with self stabilizing flame gas burner. Sloping front panel allows operator to see and adjust controls easily. All stainless steel construction.
