Olis 74/10GG Radiant Gas Steam Chargrill

This Olis 74/10GG radiant gas steam chargrill, are designed to keep the product moist whilst cooking. The water tray gives humidity whilst cooking and allows the fat to drop into the tray, this prevents "flare up" which may taint the food but also allows for easier cleaning. The grill gives off a moist heat of 380/400?C.
