This Olis 76/10CTGG Medium duty Solid top ranges, otherwise known as a "French Top", is fitted with a powerful Central burner and an additional 2 open burners allowing greater flexibility. Fast cooking to be done on the powerful centre burner and then pans can be left on the simmer on the cooler outer area. Medium duty solid top range with 2 open burners - 1.2mm thick pressed top. Powerful 12kw central burner - reaches 450'C, fitted with a pilot light and piezo ignition. 1 x 3.5kw + 1 x 5kw Double crown open burner, both fitted with spillproof pilots. Removable spillage trays under open burners allows easy cleaning. Cast Iron solid top plate, with removable inner ring - can be used for Wok cooking. Sloping front panel allows operator to see and adjust controls easily. 2/1gn size thermostatically controlled oven. Fitted with pilot and piezo ignition. 8kw Self stabilizing stainless steel oven burner. Supplied with 1 oven shelf. All stainless steel construction. Supplied with LPG conversion kit.
