Flying Banner Tank Base Only

A purpose designed water or sand fillable base, with our leading low friction bearing spindle for all flag sizes. This base is intended for stacking upon another that has the bearing assembly within it. This adds extra stability to large pole flag banners and doubles up to a possible 40kg of weight, ensuring the safety of the flag as well as avoiding it blowing over and causing damage to its surroundings.
