MKV base frame with 3 roller stretcher train geared to give a stretch of 335% Servo driven rewind to vary tension from 240% to 335%. Variable speed drive up to 300 m/min when stretching & up to 600 m/min during conventional rewinding. Maximum web width 1000mm. Single position rewind arms equipped with 38 or 50mm collets. Slitting option (shown) to allow two pre stretched or conventional rolls to be converted up to 500mm wide from a 1000mm wide master roll. Manually adjusted pneumatic core pressure. Programmable electronic counter unit. Stretch ratio programmed on the front panel to control the servo rewind drive. Film break sensor. Maximum rewind roll diameter 280mm subject to film type. Maximum parent roll diameter 500mm. 3 - phase 380 volt supply / Air requirements - 4 cfm max. at 80 psi. Guarding to suit current C.E. requirements
