Automatic Core Cutting Machine

The core cutter has been designed to automatically feed, process and cut cardboard or plastic cores, 1000mm in length. Machine Features
Core length and process are controlled by a PLC and MMI unit. Core speed, blade speed and batch size are easily programmable.
The machine can process 2 separate core lengths if required to minimize waste.
Different length cores are sorted into separate collection bins.
Accurate core length through servo driven control, precision leadscrew and linear bearings.
Cores are automatically fed from core hopper. Machine speed Max Index speed 250 mm/sec Index accuracy +/- 0.1mm Cores Maximum core length 1000 mm Minimum core i.d. 25 mm as standard. Maximum core i.d. Up to 76 mm ,3” Minimum cut length 3 mm
