HCD 800/1 Centre Drive Rewind Machine

This heavy duty centre driven machine is designed for the rapid conversion of a wide range of films and foils. The machine can be supplied either with a fixed centre proportional tension and braking system using ultra sonic sensing and a particle brake delivering constant, accurate and sensitive control or a non proportional manually adjustable pneumatically operated disc brake. The layout and operation make it extremely user friendly. Machine specification:-

Programmable electronic counter for rewind length and braking.
Adjustable pneumatically operated ironing roll facility.
Precise tension and braking control.
Adjustable tracking rollers to ensure crease free winding.
Quick release easy to change master roll with optional splice table.
Single position rewind station with safety interlock switch. Master roll – Max. Dia.600mm. Widths up to 800mm. Core Dia. 76mm & 150mm Rewind roll - Max. Dia.250mm. Core widths up to 900mm. Core Dia. 25mm up to 76mm (on order).
