A semi-automatic machine primarily designed for the rapid conversion of PVC, PE Cling films & a range of LDPE stretch films. Machine Specification
Variable speed 3.7 Kw A.C. drive giving speeds of up to 800 metres per minute.
Independent rewind arm operation, giving options of straight forward rewinding or slitting - designed to produce industry standard 3 x 300mm or 2 x 450mm cling rolls in one operation. For stretch films 2 x 400mm or 2 x 500mm hand rolls.
Fixed tension drive systems - supplied with 1%, 2% and 3% pulley options.
Manually adjusted pneumatic core arm pressure.
Programmable counter with auto-reset for precise length and braking control.
Dynamic braking using rewind motor and inverter.
Dynamically balanced polyurethane rollers as standard, with options in the case of stretch films.
Maximum web width 1000mm
Supplied as standard with twin turret arms allowing the operator to load/unload rolls whilst the machine is running.
Rewind collet sizes of 25mm to 76mm available. Optional support mandrels and arms recommended for 450mm x 25mm dia rolls.
Rear loading with 76mm diameter air mandrel or shaftless.
Guarding to suit current C.E. regulations.
