Roll Stacking Machinery

As an alternative to our standard exit table we can fit our roll stacking machinery unit which will keep your machine running for longer periods due to its increased storage capacity. The Roll Stacking Machinery automatically fills up each of the shelves, with a capacity of 50 off 150mm diameter rolls. When all of the shelves are full the rewind machine automatically stops and a beacon or siren indicates to the operator that the stacks are full. The Roll Stacking Machinery can also be fitted to the end of a cell of machines which are linked together by a common collection conveyor. In this format the product from each machine is split and kept separated on specific shelves.
