This 25 x 150mm Tongue & Groove Softwood Floorboard can be easily installed by anyone regardless of experience, DIYer or Tradesman! We recommend that the T&G floorboard is not used as a finished floor due to the moisture content of the timber, as it is typically around 12-15%. Then when the floorboards are installed in a centrally heated property, the boards can dry out to around 6-8 % and this could result in some shrinkage resulting in small gaps between the boards.
