This Mirror G4 is a thermostatically controlled medium/heavy duty chrome griddle is ideal for fast food operators, mobile trailers and front of house cooking. The hard chromed plate finish is non porous so prevents cross flavour, reduces heat radiation so reduces fuel costs, has even heat distribution and is easy to clean down. Features: Fully Hard Chromed Mirror finish cooking surface - has a thickness of 18mm Cooking area - 1200 x 500mm G1 and G2 are supplied with 1 thermostat. G3 and G4 are supplied with 2 thermostats - temperature up to 340'C Each burner is has a power of 7.3kw and has piezo ignition Supplied with side and rear splash guards as standard All models are supplied with 1 grease drawer Heavy duty 304 stainless steel body - makes it durable and easy to clean Supplied in Nat Gas as standard with an LPG option
