2019 CHRISTMAS CARD DONATION & CHRISTMAS RAFFLE

The team here at Cherwell Laboratories continued their fundraising efforts over the 2019 Christmas period. Staff members managed to raise nearly £250 during their Christmas 2019 raffle. We would like to say thank you to everyone here at Cherwell that participated in the fundraising raffle for buying raffle tickets and donating prizes. Cherwell matched the amount raised by staff and rounded it up to make £500. Rather than sending Christmas cards to customers and suppliers, Cherwell also added £1,000 to this amount. This brings the total value raised to £1,500, which will be split equally, to £500 for each of the following charities: Oxfordshire Mind - who are there to make sure anyone with a mental health problem in the Oxfordshire area has somewhere to turn for advice and support. Diabetes UK - aim to support everyone affected by diabetes. From helping you to know your diabetes risk, to learning to live well with diabetes, they have a wide variety of support available. Dementia UK - provide specialist dementia support for families through their Admiral Nurse service. Their nurses work alongside people with dementia and their families: giving them the one-to-one support, expert guidance and practical solutions they need, and that can be hard to find elsewhere.
