We wanted to update our clients with regards to our operational status during the COVID-19 lockdown. Cherwell remains fully operational and whilst we have a number of office staff working from home, our production facility continues to operate normally. Our stock levels of raw materials are healthy, thanks to the support of our suppliers and the contingency planning we already had in place. We also have reasonable stock levels of key finished products and available capacity to continue to feed demand. We continue to work with customers with regards to onsite servicing of SAS air samplers and, where agreed and achievable, we are asking that SAS units should be returned to us for recalibration. Please speak with our Service Department if you have any concerns regarding this temporary adjustment or wish to make specific arrangements.
