(34 holes for an A4 edge or 24 holes for an A5 edge). � STEP 2 Cut out the centre of the punched edge with a thumb-cut punch. � STEP 3 Bind and close your calendar. STEP 4 Cut the wire where it crosses the thumb-cut space with wire cutters. � � STEP 5 Insert your calendar hanger. A standard 57mm hanger is designed for this process.
