Machine of the Month

Chilvers machine of the month is the brand new Dumor CP650. This multi-tooled machine is perfectly suited for short/ medium run jobs. The simple manual feed system and fast release tooling shafts makes this machine very user friendly, and with it being able to do up to 2500 per hour this is a brilliant machine for the money. When brought new from Chilvers it is supplied with one perforating and slitting tool as standard. Also two creasing tools, each tool having three creasing sizes to choose from. This machine is manufactured to the upmost quality with heavy duty 35mm diameter shafts which eliminates flexing. And in the near future upgrades such as the suction feed system and optional floor stand all coming soon. The side adjusters on the feed tray of the Dumor CP-650 allows up to 590mm, in conjunction the side adjuster there are skew adjusters, this allows you to change the angle of the feed allowing you to get a nice straight perf/crease/ slit every time.
