The EasiBinder 500 is a reliable, simple to operate, user friendly professional perfect binding (also known as hot glue binding) machine for books up to 50 mm thick and up to 320mm Spine lengths with a strong and robust bind. Perfect binding machine for both litho and full colour digital print with short to medium volume requirements and runs perfectly with the Planamelt R digital hot melt adhesive pellets. The EasiBinder 500 is ideal for binding of books, manuals etc with wraparound cover (perfect bind) up to 200 books per hour. In auto mode, the full benefits of the Easibind 500 can be realised through the automation of the clamping, release, nipping and binding functions with minimal operator intervention and maximum productivity. Full High Speed Milling & Slitting preparation with integrated spine slitting for full glue penetration. Milling up to 1.5 mm is possible. Standard fitment slitting (riving/notching) knives reinforce spine preparation for optimal glue penetration and best sheet pull resistance. Dust Brush after milling station. Glue tank with scraper to remove excess glue. Side gluing rollers auto adjust. Waste extraction with reusable dust bag. Adjustable deep chromed nipping station with adjustable pressure and dwell. Full Wrap around covers from 80mm x 120mm to 330mm x 838mm. Max cover weight 350gsm, thin covers may not need creasing thicker covers need to be pre-creased.
