Vertical Machining

A Vacmagic vacuum chuck with 600mm square pallets is fitted to the VMC bed. Pallets can be machined with the profile shape of components to position and hold parts and because the vacuum system has rapid actuation the time between cutting is reduced to a minimum. Additionally where we cannot fit parts to the Vacmagic we manufacture jigs and fixtures to hold parts for secondary operations.
