I’ve been using Ibottles for a long time now and they are my go-to company for anything plastic container-related. On my last order, I had some bottles sent by mistake as a picking error (we’re all human after all) so I sent a message reporting this and within half an hour I had a response and the correct bottles were dispatched to me. Now that’s what I call customer service! That’s the first picking error I’ve ever had in well over 5 years and the quality of the product is always superb.
