Free standing "Rapid Room" self-assembly cleanroom ISO 14644-1 Class 7/8 cleanroom as built Installation and Validation service available (recommended) 1800mm x 1800mm x internal clearance of 2100mm (external clearance of 2500mm required as a minimum) The room operates from a standard 2 amp single-phase 230v supply. 110v available upon enquiry. Some electrical wiring required Clear acrylic ceiling for optimum light conditions PVC strip side walls for easy access and flexibility Operates with stepped speed control from the filter unit, which allows for an excess of x 100 HEPA filtered air changes per hour Height adjustable stainless steel feet CE Marked Please make arrangements to offload the pallets when received Rapid Room Only (Self Assembly) Available flat-packed for self-assembly Can be assembled in up to 4 hours with 2 mechanically competent people Clear assembly instructions included Validation Only This cost is based on work being carried out Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and the validation will be to ISO 14644-1:2015 standard. The validation will include particle counts to the 'as built' occupancy state and airflow readings, it will be inclusive of an interim and full validation report. Validation will be subject to our availability and current demand. Pricing is based on the location being within mainland UK, POA for other areas or if a wider scope of works is required. Installation & Validation This cost is based on 2 engineers attending site over 2 consecutive working days, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm to carry out the installation of the cleanroom and then a validation to ISO 14644-1:2015.
