Cobalt Systems to showcase Industrial Automation Solutions at IntraLogisteX 2022 UK barcode labelling automation manufacturer, Cobalt Systems is to exhibit at IntraLogisteX 2022 with industrial automation solutions for the eCommerce and logistics sectors. UK barcode labelling automation manufacturer, Cobalt Systems is to attend the IntraLogisteX exhibition, as the company seeks to showcase its industrial automation solutions to visitors and launch its NexPlex® labelling system for eCommerce returns. IntraLogisteX, which runs from 29th to 30th March in the Ericsson Exhibition Halls at the CBS Arena in Coventry, provides a key opportunity for logistics professionals to explore the latest innovations, from materials handling technologies to full-scale warehouse automation options. On its stand, Cobalt will be launching NexPlex®, a unique label and print solution which is transforming the eCommerce returns process. Developed in consultation with the Ecommerce and Logistics sectors, NexPlex® is a real-time printed, multi-layered dispatch label with order-specific detail and returns label, layered together to form just one label document. “With the continued growth of the online retail market, there is a fierce demand for greater automation and efficiency,” comments Chris Hunt, Cobalt’s Sales Director. “Price and service online are no longer just the primary drivers for customer retention. The All Electric setup provides real-time print and application with no requirement for compressed air. This plug-and-play system requires no additional software for LPN label printing and guarantees not to replicate an LPN code. Also on show will be the new Industrial Automation range from Zebra, including Machine Vision and Fixed Industrial Scanners. “Cobalt’s approach has always been to consider quality checks as part of automation projects and Zebra’s new track and trace capabilities and quality inspection of manufacturing work in process have evolved our solutions even further,” Hunt concludes.
