Cobas Tapes

This is created to allow easy assembly and disassembly of stainless steel threaded components. It replaces the need for messy and potentially contaminating anti-seize compounds. Cobas Nickel Anti-Seize Tape is made from a nickel filled PTFE resin. The ptfe provides great lubricity while the nickel flakes act as slide or bearing plates between the two mating surfaces. The tape helps prevent galling during the assembly and disassembly of components. When Cobas Nickel Anti-Seize tape is wrapped around a thread, it will protect it from corrosive substances or any grit and dirt likely to cause seizure. Cobas Nickel Anti Seize Tape also prevent components from vibrating loose.
