It brushes at high or low temperatures easily, the temperatures range -30c to +135c for use on metals and most plastic assemblies carrying propane, natural gas, refrigerants, town gas, liquid hydrocarbon fuels, some solvents, mild caustics and also acids. It is suitable for steam and air as well. Potable water and can seal pressures up to 300psi. This is also available in a brush top can and in a easy to use handy size sealable syringe which accurately delivers the compound to where it is needed with less mess and waste also no contamination back into the compound. Please be aware the syringe may not flow in cold conditions.
