Metal & PTFE Anti-Seize Tapes

This is designed to enable easy assembly and disassembly of stainless steel threaded components. It negates the use of messy and potentially contaminating anti-seize compounds. Cobas Nickel Anti-Seize Tape is manufactured from a nickel filled PTFE resin. The ptfe provides outstanding lubricity while the nickel flakes act as slide or bearing plates between the two mating surfaces. The tape helps prevent galling during the assembly and disassembly of components. When Cobas Nickel Anti-Seize tape is wrapped around a thread, it will protect it from corrosive substances and any dirt or grit likely to cause seizure. Cobas Nickel Anti Seize Tape also prevent components from vibrating loose.
