- Processor Module Supports 1024 Digital Inputs and Outputs. 256 Analgoue Inputs and Outputs. 64 PID Loops - Introduction The 400-CPU-C is a very high performance central processor module for use within the FMT-400 system and is currently the ‘top of the range’ CPU module in the FMT-400 ‘family’. The 400-CPU-C offers extended capabilities over the 400-CPU-A and 400-CPU-B module - much larger I/O addressing capability, greatly increased memory and processing speed. Like all the CPU modules in the FMT-400 range, the 400-CPU-C benefits from extensive 16 and 32 maths capabilities and RS232 communications supporting many different protocols, amongst many other features the 400-CPU-C supports extension racks to increase the FMT- 400’s I/O capability, Fieldbus modules for Fieldbus interconnectivity, extra comms port modules and more. The 400-CPU-C is programmed using the Flex32 software development package.
