Servicing/Repairs/Programming Repair Service Our repair technicians have many years’ experience and training on two-way radio systems. Where possible only OEM replacement parts are used on all our repairs. We can offer both contract and adhoc (pay as you go) support. Maintenance We offer both planned preventative & reactive maintenance and equipment health checks in the field to all two-way radio systems. All work carried out using our own test equipment’s. We understand that faulty equipment down-time can be a major problem for many radio communication system owners. For this reason our response to reactive call-out is a priority. Equipment (Re-)Programming All equipment supplied by us comes fully programmed, should you require equipment to be programmed or re-programmed this can in most case be carried out in-house; but we MUST have a copy of your up to date Ofcom license, or an official letter of authority from the appropriate body, produced prior to starting programming.
