Advanced Engineering 2018
06-10-2018
On stand D42, visitors can discover how we can help organisations reduce failure rates and improve consistency for clients, adding value and efficiency to a process.
To manufacture parts that are consistent and repeatable, the production environment must be consistent and repeatable. A controlled cleanroom environment will significantly reduce the risk of particulate contamination.
We design each cleanroom specifically around an organisation’s production environments, to give an added level of performance and efficient functionality. Visitors to Advanced Engineering can discover our scalable cleanroom design options, such as panel system, hardwall and softwall wall construction.
Using offsite construction methods, we deliver consistent cleanroom environments, with 100% personalisation. Connecting interfaces between each cleanroom and facility are managed to precise tolerances and as every component is pre-engineered, a ‘clean’ on site assembly is provided.
Clients are supported through the entire cleanroom lifecycle, with validation, operative training and full-fit outs of furniture, monitoring equipment and consumables.
Visit Stand D42 at the NEC Birmingham to meet the C2C team and join in the fun with a selfie wall and prize draw.
C2C have 15 years’ experience delivering contamination control solutions for mission critical environments in the engineering sector. More information on their services can be found at our Advanced Engineering events page.
