ISO Class 7 Cleanroom for Aerospace Component Manufacture

What did the client need? Our client, a state-of-the-art aerospace facility and leading supplier of civil exhaust systems, needed to cover 3 cobalt baths to prevent the ingress of contamination into them from the outside area. How did we help the client? We created a bespoke ISO Class 7 hardwall cleanroom in the client’s existing production hangar. We designed the cleanroom to be almost 4m high, so it could incorporate a crane that is used to move materials. How did the client benefit from this solution? The client now has an ISO Class 7 clean environment, allowing them to benefit from classified cleaner work process and materials. As we accommodated the client’s existing space and machinery, the client found our solution to be extremely cost-effective.
