ISO Class 7 Modular Cleanrooms

Multiple clean enclosures purchased seperately for a quick and flexible, staggered cost saving approach to creating localised clean areas over moulding machines. Why did the client look for a cleanroom solution? The client needed to de-contaminate plastic moulding areas, where the concentration of contamination control is at the point of risk. Why did the client choose a modular cleanroom solution from Connect 2 Cleanrooms? As the production facility is in such a large area, the modular cleanroom approach enables a much more cost effective approach to achieving the ISO Standard than a traditional build cleanroom, as clean enclosures create localised clean areas over each moulding machine. This approach keeps the main risk - of the contamination from motors, granular feed systems and non directly involved personnel - to the out side of the clean zone ensure minimum activities are carried out within the room. We have installed 6 of these modular cleanrooms at the client's facilty, along with a larger hardwall cleanroom. The client's investment was low risk as the staggered and was able to grow with an increase in demand. How did we help the client? Each room has tear drop lighting, along with controlled entrance areas for gowning and cleaning to fit with GGMP guidelines. The modular approach not only offers a cost effective solution but in this case is the best solution for the process.
