Officina Alessi Fruit Basket Creamer was designed by SANNA, a partnership formed between two interior designers and architects Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa. Along with many other designers, SANNA partook in the "Tea & Coffee Towers" project that saw 22 international architects compete for the first time in the arena of industrial design, with the mission of producing a service for tea and coffee. Their initial design was part of the limited edition 99 pieces which were made of silver. SANNA later produced the creamer in 18/10 stainless steel which was made available to the public. The Officina Alessi Creamer can be purchased within the Sugar and Creamer Set which includes a sugar bowl and tray.
