Officina Alessi Rundes Modell Cutlery (Set of 6) in mirror polished 18/10 stainless steel is composed of the following pieces. table spoon (Model JH01/1) table fork (Model JH01/2) table knife (Model JH01/3) dessert fork (Model JH01/5) dessert knife (Model JH01/6) teaspoon (Model JH01/9) Designed by Josef Hoffmann in 1906, the Rundes Modell cutlery combines functionality and practicality together with the refined processing of the materials. In 2000 Alessi reissued a version of this historic service in 18/10 stainless steel. In 2015 Alessi unveils a new version with a reduced assortment compared with the original service which includes a fork, knife and spoon for the table; fork and knife for fruit; tea and mocha spoons; fish knife and fork. The table spoon comes in two versions: the original one with the side-on bowl, and the version with the bowl coaxial to the handle.
