This 18ct yellow gold Bezel Strip, also known as bezel wire, is traditionally used for making Rubover or Cabochon settings. This fully annealed HB alloy strip measures approximately 3mm wide x 0.3mm thick and can also be used to create flat rings and short cylinders without the need to pierce from larger sheet. It is advised, when soldering to allow the metal to cool to a black heat (450°C - 500°C) before quenching. This product is made using 100% Recycled Gold.
